Please read these Terms of Use completely before using Digital Gramin Seva, which is operated and owned by IMOC Digital Services Pvt Ltd. This Agreement documents the legally binding stipulations applicable to the use of the website, mobile application and related services at Digital Gramin Seva.
By making use of or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the web page, registering as a retailer/franchise, or availing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Digital Gramin Seva services.
Digital Gramin Seva is a technology platform that enables registered users (retailers, franchisees and customers) to access banking facilitation, money transfer, AEPS, Aadhaar Pay, cash deposit, account opening, recharge, bill payment, government (G2C) services, GST and other legal services, travel bookings and related digital services, as made available from time to time.
IMOC Digital Services Pvt Ltd acts as a facilitator / technology service provider. Banking, payments, insurance, travel and government services may be provided through authorised banks, NPCI, BBPS, operators, government portals and other third-party partners. Completion of any such service is subject to the rules, uptime and confirmation of the concerned bank, operator or authority.
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to register and use the services. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information at the time of registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, PIN, OTP and device. Any activity on your account shall be deemed to have been carried out by you.
We may, at our discretion, approve, reject, suspend or deactivate any registration, KYC or service access, including where information is incomplete, inaccurate or where our fraud-avoidance process identifies a concern.
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Indian laws, RBI / NPCI / TRAI / government guidelines and these Terms. You shall not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, unauthorised access, or any activity that harms Digital Gramin Seva, its partners, users or customers.
Service availability, charges, commission and turnaround time may vary by service, location, partner bank/operator and your account status. Displayed charges and commissions are indicative and may change without prior notice.
For wallet, payment, AEPS, money transfer, UPI and similar services, the amount, beneficiary details and other inputs entered by you are your responsibility. Once a transaction is successfully processed with the bank/operator, it generally cannot be reversed except as provided in our Refund Policy or as required by the partner/regulator.
The Website, mobile application and all of their original content, logos, trademarks, software and materials are the sole property of IMOC Digital Services Pvt Ltd / Digital Gramin Seva and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
IMOC Digital Services Pvt Ltd reserves the authority to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and services, without any advance notice, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or non-payment of dues.
Our Website does contain a number of links to other websites and internet-based resources which are not owned or controlled by IMOC Digital Services Pvt Ltd.
IMOC Digital Services Pvt Ltd does not have control of, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the information or general practices of any of these third-party sites and/or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the complete terms and privacy policy of any site that you visit as a result of following a link posted on our website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Gramin Seva / IMOC Digital Services Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or business, arising from use of the services, delay or failure of banks/operators, network issues, or unauthorised use of your account. Our aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee actually received by us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
IMOC Digital Services Pvt Ltd reserves the authority to modify these Terms of Use without notice. We do so by posting the updated terms on the website. Your choice to continue to use the website after such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Therefore, we ask that you review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. If you do not accept any provision of this Agreement or any changes, please do not use or continue to use Digital Gramin Seva.

Note - This cancellation policy is provided by IMOC Digital Services Pvt Ltd as per the conditions below. Please also read our Refund Policy.
You may cancel the service within 2 days of delivery of product / service. In case request for cancellation is made after two days, cancellation will not be applicable.

Your order may be cancelled due to the following reasons:
There are no extra charges for cancellation if the request is made within 2 days of delivery. Full amount will be refunded and reflected in your account in 40-45 working days, subject to the Refund Policy and confirmation from the concerned bank/operator.
